<p>Ok so kaplan says that for a 5 you need 124-180 raw score and for a 4 you need 71-123 but another book says 106-180 for a 5 and even lower for a 4 </p>

<p>so what is the right curve really is it ever that high</p>

<p>what is the real curve usually like</p>

<p>A couple of years ago, 106+ was a 5. In the intervening time, we can expect the cutoff to have risen, but I doubt it's as high as 124.</p>

<p>5= 110-180
4= 80-110
3= 50-80</p>
