Ha, you guys must be sick of these threads by now.
So I am going into my senior year and this week is course selection and I am stuck deciding which science class to take.
These are the science classes I am have under my belt
9th grade: Honors Environmental Science, Honors Physical Science (intro physics) (both required)
10th grade: Honors Biology (required)
11th grade: Honors Chemistry (currently taking)
And for math:
9th grade: Honors Geometry
10th grade: Enriched Algebra 2/3 (more than honors), Honors Pre-Calculus
11th grade: AP Calculus AB (currently taking)

So I am stuck between physics b and bio
Physics B I feel like would be easier because of a lot of algebra. So it seems like it would be simple for me. But i didn't really like physical science a whole lot, nor do I remember it. But I did have a final grade of A- so it wasn't too too bad or anything. I'm more of a math person so this seems nice. Plus I feel like I should have physics on my transcript because I'm not sure if physical science really counts. I mean it's not the end of the world without it though.
(note: I can't take physics c without honors physics or physics b as a prerequisite, so even though I have the calc I can't take that)

Biology would probably be harder. I loved biology last year and it was a piece of cake and I got an A. But I don't know, it seems like a lot of work. I have depression so I have no energy or motivation so I can't imagine myself picking up the book and reading it... I mean I would, but it would be a struggle.

I am not entirely sure what I want to do as a major. I want to be a teacher but I also want to be a guidance counselor or a social worker. But those are obviously not set in stone. I don't think it really matters which one I take in regards to that.

I don't want a really hard senior year though. I want to stay in the top 10% of my class and we don't have actual ranks, but we have a gpa histogram. I used to be in the highest bar of 4.4+, but it has gone down to 4.39 (haha I realize that is still good), but I think it is going to go down further than this. I would be devastated if I was knocked out of the 10%

I have already chosen the rest of my schedule so that could factor in rigor-wise. Psychology, democracy, English (previous 3 classes honors), ap stat, PE, health, tv production, improv, peer mentoring... So it's not too bad. But there are only 4 blocks per semester and I don't want all the hard ones at once, you know? I'm not as much as an English/ social studies person (I still do well but it's a struggle to write)

I feel like I wrote too much. But I am a REALLY indecisive person. Whichever one I don't request, I will put down as an alternate if I don't get into the 1st choice.
