AP Physics B or AP Chemistry?

I dont think AP Physics C will work cuz its offered a priod i cant take it...so chem and physcis B are my options....also ap env sci lol...so which?

Definitely AP Chem - well, AP Physics B is a good choice as long as you are not going to fields like Physics, Math, Engineering, etc., since you will have to take a calculus-based physics class again. But make sure you check the colleges, quite a bit of them accept only Physics C but not B.

Almost nobody accepts AP Environmental Science for college credits, so don't take it unless you want to do it for fun...

And AP Chem is really, I mean REALLY, easy compares to AP Physics C

AP Physics C is actually famous for being super easy at my school...

If you're planning to go into a math/engineering field, then Physics is much more practical than AP Chem. Even if you're going to be a chemical engineer, I'd suggest Physics over Chem.

I would suggest Physics C over Chem, too, but NOT Physics B, which is no good unless you're going for fields like biology, humanities, etc. Physics B is not for anyone who is going for hard-core physical sciences or math or engineering.

so between chem and physcis b i should do chem? i dont have a physcis credit though...we arent required to have one but should i?

If you don't have a Physics credit you should definately "get" one. Colleges look for at least one year of Physics. You could take Physics online at BYU if you want this summer. I'm in AP Chem right now. It's really interesting and not very difficult.

Is the Physics B AP test hard to score a 5?
