AP Physics B or Regular physics? Don't know what I should take

I've been hearing that AP Physics B is really difficult over here. Even the smartest students here are saying it's quite a challenge, and I've been debating whether to take regular or go with AP. I'm already taking AP Chem and Bio this year and so next year I don't exactly want to kill myself either as a senior.

The only difference I know between regular and AP here is the speed and some of the AP questions...but that's about it. I hear the overall subject is tough but I'm not sure which to take.

Anyone have advice?

If speed is the only difference between regular and AP, and the overall subject is difficult, then why not take AP? It'd be difficult either way, and at least AP has the extra weighting.
