Hey everyone, what were your thoughts on the exam? I thought the MC were fairly easy and the free response were hard.

Remember not to discuss specific MC questions. Free response discussion has to wait two days.

I had a different form from the rest of my class and I found both sections extremely challenging

both parts were ridiculously hard

so… howd you think about that Free response? Pretty hard eh… I couldnt rly get myself to understand some of the questions. What do u think was the hardest one? I thought the third page was kinda hard. For MC did u think that was easy???

Both were unbelievably hard.

i thought the mc were hard, but the frqs seemed easy

Guessed on 3 on MC, FRQ seemed slightly harder than normal.

I felt pretty comftarble in the free response, except in the pistons question, that one was HAAARD!

About the multiple choice, I think the mechanics questions were easy, but the electromagnetism was freaking hard.

MC were fairly easy, but it seemed unbalanced (I counted 42 E+M q’s compared to 28 Mechanics). FRQ’s were easy, except for #3 and bits and pieces of 5 and 7.

expecting a 3 or a 4

LMAO. THAt TEST WAS SO DAMN EASY MAN. DEFINITE FIVE. LIKE HELLL

/end sarcasm

I literally got raped during the exam. it was way to hard compared to earlier frqs and the 2009 mcq…

■■■■ i really wanted the five to. I got a 98% on the final and i think i got a 3 at best.

regardless, my test grader will have a nice laugh; i drew some futurama stuff on part2’s i couldn’t even decipher (well not decipher but didn’t know how to answer).

Guessed on 3? lol. I guessed on about 45. I’m hoping I knew at least 15, then another 10 I guessed right. That would be 25 right and if I got 25 points on FRQ which I think I did I can get a 3.

That was much more difficult than the 2009 exam. I got a very high 5 on 2009 and id be lucky if i got a 4 on this

Didn’t think the MC was bad at all, had 12 in the end that I wasn’t really confident on. FRQ was so-so - definitely got all of 1,2, and 6, got most of 3 and 7, 5 kicked my ass but I figured out how to do it with 2 minutes left so I couldn’t finish it, and I don’t remember 4 at all for some reason haha. Hoping for a 5

Wow. That was one hard exam.
After taking 2009, I thought it’d be cake.
But then MC was impossibly hard.
But FRQ’s were doable (except for that dreadful lab part- I wrote jokes all over it)

At least I could guess on the MC…

I’m just glad I’m done with APs…

Also there was barely any kinematics… which I am a master at.

Too many Electricity and Magnetism problems! urggh

Unlike calculus, I think the curve will be in favor of us this time

The multiple choice was awful. But I thought the free response was decent, not bad at all. I definitely thought #1 was a gift from the AP Physics gods.

The last FRQ question was politically motivated. The one where it asks how much land you need to make a comparable amount of energy to nuclear energy.

do we have a tinychat up for AP physics?

… what just hit me.

On the plus side, according to appass.com, the standards for getting a 5 are quite low and even if I got a 0/10 on that one FRQ, I could still get one. But still. Wat.
