Five percent, that is. I guessed on around 40-45 multiple choice. If I’m lucky, I got around 30 correct. If I’m lucky again, I scored 20 points on the free response, and If I’m super lucky, I can rely on the curve to throw me into the 3 range.

Also, what the h*ll was wrong with the multiple choice? I thought it was supposed to be 35% kinematics and Newton’s Laws, not 3.5%! My class barely got to light waves and never got to lenses before the exam.

Yeah, there was way too little mechanics for my liking and way too much EM. Thankfully our class got through everything and I had my optics/nuclear down (there was more of the latter than usual, I thought), but I was waiting and waiting for more mechanics problems and praying for less EM, lol. At least the FR made up for it somewhat in that regard.

that test was beyond unfair. it totally did not follow collegeboards info on it claiming that 25% would be on magnetism and electricity and 15% on atomic and nuclear, THE WHOLE FRICKING TEST WAS ON E+M
and of course thats the stuff that we rushed in at the end of the year

I feel like my FR were way stronger than m/c… but on the way out of the exam, I realized that I had multiplied 2 quantities in the last FRQ that were supposed to be divided. Hopefully the curve is ok (:

After number 40, it was all em… I dont care if the em qs were easy, but they were hard… I always had enough time for mc… Cant believe i had to guess 3… Omgggg and the frqs were hard, but i think how i did them was correct… Finger crossed (especially the fluid one and experiment one :()

What I really hated about the test was how there was almost no middle ground in it. The MC was either really easy or really hard. The FRQ 15 pointers were really easy, the FRQ 10 pointers save the thermodynamic one were challenging.

I felt the MC was much harder than 1993, 2004, and 2009.

FRQ-
1: Simple
2: Tough because there were so many variables going on
3: Challenging conceptually but fairly straightforward
4: Pretty simple
5: Pretty simple
6: Outrageously hard if you had no clue what was going on [which happened with me]
7: Initially easy, later on hard (mainly because my teacher never covered that stuff)

I hated how there was no EM on FRQ(where it tends to be fairly easy) but the MC was riddled with it. EM take a while to do so I felt really rushed on that test…ended up guessing on like 10-15 of them.

Pretty sure the curve will be nice, the rest of my class thought it was challenging too.

Honestly, I thought I did well. There were some MCs I wasn’t sure on, but being wrong on even 10 MCs sets you up pretty well for a 5. FRQs were pretty easy once I thought about them, although I wasn’t too confident on the pistons one. The test difficulty usually comes down to this for me: if I get the lab question right, it’s going to be a good time. And I’m pretty sure I got the lab question right.
