AP Physics B Question

So basically I'm taking this exam with my 2 years of high school Physics knowledge (our school unfortunately does not offer AP courses..). Our physics curriculum doesn't follow the AP curriculum so I'll have to teach myself a few chapters; but I'm not too worried about that :)
Right now I have PrincetonReview SATII Physics book and I'm thinking of maybe studying physics for both my SATII and AP exam. Does this work? Has anyone here done it? And how much does AP Physics B differ from SATII Physics? I might wanna get PR AP Physics book ? Any suggestions?

like all SATII's, the AP exam of the subject is much harder. I never studied from an SAT II book for an AP so I can't help you on that but I do recommend that book (PR) but also barron's.

Thank jyou :) I'll probably look into both then; intense studying- HERE I GO :D

PR AP and SATII are essentially the same outside of the practice tests.
