AP Physics B self study

I was just wondering how incredibly difficult AP Physics C is...I've heard things.
I'm a high school junior (in AP Calc) taking Physics H and I'm pretty impatient with the rate my class is going, so I decided I would start to study physics on my own.

Once I got through like 2 chapters of my physics honors textbook by myself I was like "Hey this is easy" and had my dad buy me the Barron's AP Physics C book.
Looking through this book, I realized I was waay in over my head. My Calc course hasn't even covered integrals yet.

Sooo my question is whether or not I can use this AP Physics C book to study for AP Physics B instead.
