AP Physics B very mathematical? (self-studier)

hey, i'm considering self studying AP Physics B. I understand that it has no calculus, unlike C, so that comes as a relief to me. I'm not a math or science oriented person, but i self-studied Bio this year and got a 5. It's very gratifying so i'd like to try something a little bit out of the way (non-humanities) again.

My math skills are not great at all, to reiterate, but I was under the impression when flipping through the Barron's book that Physics B was pretty wordy and not teeming with math equations as I thought it would be. Would it be reasonable to self-study it using Princeton Review and maybe Barron's?

AP Physics B, which I am taking this year, contains basic Algebra and Trig. All the stuff on AP and SAT II Physics don't require a calculator. You'll need to know concepts and all the forumlae to get a 5 on the AP or have 700+ on SAT II.
