AP Physics B

I've just taken a real released AP Physics B Free response section and timed myself (90 minutes). I've finished the whole thing and have 30 minutes left. Is the free response really this easy or what? I mean I didn't get a couple of problems but I have 30 min left! I feel like my timer is wrong.. The problem is I just want to stop and I don't feel like checking my work or redoing everything that I've done. I'm just too eager to check my work to see what I get. I know I probably won't be like this on the exam but any ideas on how to keep doing it? It's like this for every practice test I take. I never take up the whole time to double check cause it's not real lol.

How do you stimulate a real test taking situation?? Thanks.

Koda, double-check your watch with atomic time (maybe on your computer) - but I wouldn't be too suprisied.. the same thing happens to me on the SAT! the only problem is physics is not very natural to me, so it takes me longer to think

but good luck!

that's a good idea. I've graded myself and I got 50/80 on the free response. =x I got a 40/70 on MC so my score would come out to be 90/150 right? Would that be a 4? I'm surprised at the amount you can miss, or am I mistaken? I guess I should double check my work on the FR lol

Well, I'll be lucky to get a 4...by my grade in the class I can barely get a 3. Tre nervous.

I am having a lot of troubles in this class. How do you guys study for this test?

im in physics B in school and do well, but its more cause my teacher is easy than i know the material...if i take the AP test and dont do well, say like a 3, will that hurt me in the college admissions process or does a bad AP score not make a difference

A 3 won't hurt you tennis. That's what I'm looking at too, I was lost the whole year but i'm getting in the 3 range on the practices.
