Do you think it necessary to first take a regular or honors physics course before taking physics or is knowledge in an honors chem course and AP Calculus enough?

if you are talking about the class, no. Physics B can easily be a first year course. Although a lot of topics are covered, there is almost no depth (btw no need for your mad calculus and chemistry skills lol). Physics C is the one that uses calc.
if yo are talking about the test, maybe. Although chemistry and calculus are great, I would recommend studying, or at least looking over a practice test, before taking the real AP test.

you don’t even need chem and calc for it

you can take it directly.
