AP Physics C Difficulty

I just got this letter from my school: http://andrewwatiker.homeip.net:81/images/letter.jpg (I appoligize it might take a minute to load).

How hard do you guys think this AP Physics (C) class is really going to be and is it a mistake to take Physics C while only qualifing for AP Calculas AB? I also wasn't in the 444HH class (high-honors), instead I was in a slightly easier low honors class.

You don't need BC for Physics C. In fact, you can do pretty much everything only knowing very basic calculus techniques, and might even be able to pull a 4 on the exam knowing no calculus at all.

No - it's fine. Quite a few of my friends did that Junior year (physics C is only offered once every 2 years at my school, so they had to take it then or not at all), and did quite well.

Okay thanks anything with the words "the purpose ... is not to scare you" is definatly scary.
