<p>I have given up hope in EandM and will only focuse on Mech
all right lets start..... firstly, in Mech the questions only comes from kinematics

Y=1/2at^2...</p>

<p>Newtons Laws
f=ma,mg, ff=ufn</p>

<p>the three conserved stuff:Energy if there is no friction
Linear Momemtum if theres no external force
Anglular momemtum if theres no external torque
Periodic motion
T=1/f</p>

<p>now i will need you guys to help me make improvement to this outline
and we will be set for the test !!!</p>

<p>Hm. I'm signed up for both tests tomorrow. I haven't studied. I haven't taken a Physics C class (I took normal physics). Ugh.</p>

<p>woo ... did the 10 practice MC questions from collegeboard website, got 7 right. maybe i can pull a 3 out of this baby if the FR will not have anything concerning rotational motion or gravitation</p>

<p>friction can cause displacement, when you have two stacked blocks, friction acts in the direction of the motion. Its also acting to oppose the block under it from slipping.
Friction is independent of surface area.
for a block sliding down an incline, the min Us needed for it not to slip is like tan theta</p>

<p>Banked curved F(centri) = Fn sin theta = mv^2/r and then Fncos theta = mg
So Fnsintheta/Fncosthete = v^2/rg = tan theta. Its in my notes, I forgot how to do stuff like this anymore.</p>

Period of a simple pendulum=2(pi)(l/g)^(1/2)
Period of a physical pendulum=2(pi)(I/mgd)^(1/2)</p>
