AP Physics C self-study?

My school does not offer AP classes.

If I did well (750+) on the Physics SAT 2, and a 5 on Calc AB, would it be easy/medium/hard to self-study Physics C. How much prep would I need. (Assume I was concurrently taking higher-level calculus, if that matters).

I will be taking physics C -- it is not a joke at all. it is very hard. You must have mastered physics honors, physics B, calculus, and trigonometry! Also, you must be committed to working hard and promising to spend a lot of time on the coursework! No one can tell you if it is easy/medium/hard but generally, Physics C is perceived to be one of the hardest AP courses ever and that is why students rarely take it!

cept the phys c ap tests this year were wicked easy dude!!! gl if you take it ;)

Yeah really. The class itself was really hard and I had a pretty bad teacher. The actual AP test was easy though. Easier than than Calc AB IMO.

My year had a moderately difficult AP exam. What you will absolutely need to do is practice, practice, and practice with Physics. The only way to really learn it is to do physics problems. But once you understand what you are doing, it can be pretty straightforward.
