So I have registered for AP Physics C (Mechanics and Electricity & Magnetism) but did not get time to prepare for Electricity and Magnetism well.
I am giving Mechanics for sure. Will giving Electricity & Magnetism disturb my score of Mechanics(which I prepared well for)?

I will be applying to universities later this year and have just begun my senior year in United Arab Emirates. Will giving both Mechanics and Electricity & Magnetism be a boost in the eyes of admissions officers? Irrespective of the score I obtain in them?
Please tell me whether I should give Electricity & Magnetism or not and also if it can lower my Mechanics score.

The scores are entirely separate, which means that taking Mechanics has not effect on your E&M score, or vise-versa. As to whether or not you should take it at all, just take a practice and if you are anywhere near to passing, go ahead and take it.

Getting a 3 would look bad, let alone anything lower than that. There is more to learn in Mechanics but it isnt as challenging. In E and M if you have any natural talent you can learn in 3 weeks the entire curriculum. However, the test is the day after tomorrow so I hope you are Faraday himself. Don’t take it if you get a 3 or lower on a practice exam, you only need to get 50% in order for a 5, so getting a three means you’ve mastered basically 1/4 of the content lol
