<p>Halliday and Resnick, Physics Volume 2 is supposed to be a pretty good textbook. Princeton Review is a great test guide.</p>
<p>I think the text University Physics by Young and Freedman is very well written.</p>
<p>Have you considered the Feynman Lectures on Physics.... they cover Electromagnetism exceptionally well.</p>
