Im am currently taking pre-calculus and honors physics right now. Next year I plan on taking AP Calc AB and AP Physics C. I understand you need calculus for AP Physics C but how much of it do you need? I am willing to self-study basic calculus or take an intro class over the summer. Any tips will be helpful.

You’ll need a basic knowledge of differentiation and integration, and how to differentiate/integrate some simple functions (polynomial, trig) but you probably don’t need more than that.

Thanks because the only requirement for the class is being concurrently enrolled in AP Calc AB

Also how hard is AP Physics C

Eh, I found it a bit challenging but not too bad (eventually got a 5 on the AP test), but a lot of it depends on your math background and understanding of the subject…it was a pretty fun course though.
