Hi, quick question, I'm going to try to take Physics C online this coming school year and have a couple of questions: should I already have taken a Physics course prior to taking AP Physics C and do you know of any programs that don't have normal physics as a requirement? Thanks

I would suggest taking a physics course prior to Physics C. In my school, the class is hell. There’s a reason most courses have a prior physics course as a prereq.

At my school, there was no prior Physics prerequisites, so many kids went through a living hell taking AP Physics C.

It’ll be really hard, but if you’re good at math and willing to put in a lot of work, I suppose you’ll be okay. Do you know anyone else who is taking or has taken physics C? It might really help to work with a friend when you have trouble, since you’re taking it online. Good luck.

We have no AP Physics course at our school, so no; therefore, I think I’m going to just take AP Physics B (Is it possible to take that without having prior physics experience)

Yes, I’ve heard of people just taking Physics B for their first year. It covers more topics, but it doesn’t require calculus, so from what I’ve heard it is easier.
