AP Physics? Honors Physics? AP Chem?

Ok I have a friend (she is the valadictorian at my school) that did AP Bio as a junior and then put in physics A as a senior. (this is typical for people to do honors physics after AP Chem, AP Bio, or honors chem) She wanted to do AP Physics C as a senior; however, the teacher said that even though she is taking AP Calc BC, the chances of her getting an A in AP Physics C without a good physics background is virtually impossible. (The person that got into to MIT last year in my school got a B+ in AP Physics C with double 5’s on E/M and Mechanincs and he got a 100 average in honors physics) The teacher said that most people in this class will get a C+ to a B and still stay in the class. So after that she decided to take AP Chem instead because she refuses to take honors physics. Would it be better for her to take AP Physics, AP Chem, or honors physics? (BTW there is no AP Physics B and she did take honors chem already) What would be best for her?
These are the colleges she is aiming for:
Harvard
Brown
Yale
Northwestern
Wash U
Princeston
Standford
