AP Psych, AP Euro, or AP Art History? Senior Schedule Help...

Salutations!
I'm a part of the class of 2015 and need some advice with scheduling.

What I have so far:
AP Literature/Comp
AP Calc A/B
AP Biology
Dual Enrollment - International Politics
ISICS (Teacher Mentorship)

I took three AP classes in my junior year and feel the need to increase that amount in my senior year. I LOVE history, but I don't want to be too overwhelmed (I have a lot of time-consuming extracurriculars)... I guess my question regards how much work is required for each. What do you all recommend? Please share your experiences with these classes!

I don’t know anything about Art History so I’ll just talk about the other two.

Psych is really easy. The test is a lot of common sense and there’s not a whole ton of content either. You can do very well on this exam and in this class with minimal effort.

I never took Euro, but my understanding of it is that it’s not that hard but that it’s a lot of work. You have to read a lot and remember general concepts for a lot of different historical periods. It’s certainly harder than Psych.

Thank you for your advice!!

From what I understand, AP Psych is very easy and the exam is extremely simple. If you need a GPA boost I’d go with this one.
I took AP Euro, and it’s not hard to understand the subject matter but it’s a ton of work and critical thinking. You need to be able to connect things that happened several hundred years apart as well as remember a lot of specific facts to do well. It’s a great class though, if you won’t be overloaded I’d go with Euro.
Art History isn’t offered at my school but it looks really fun. Personally speaking, one of my favorite parts of Euro was learning about the art.

If I were you, I’d consider both my workload and which one is most relevant to the field I’m looking to pursue. Good luck!

However, psych is a bit time consuming because the entire test is based on vocab. As long as it’s done regularly and you don’t cram, it’s really easy. But make sure you have time for it. It’s not hard, just annoying.
