AP Psych Self-Study?

AP Psych isn’t offered at my school so I would be interested in that, and I heard that it is easy to self-study?

Well i would buy a practice book by PR or whatever, but I am confused, how do you study from that?
How can I get a good understanding of everything within a few months instead of cramming like some people did the night before (which i don’t even know how that is possible).

Getting at least a 4 would be fine for me, and i have an easy schedule this semester so that won’t be a problem.

I guess the main question is, how do i understand the information from studying a practice book?

Anyone who has self-studied Psych before???

Thanks!

You have to find the study method that works best for you. I am doing the same thing this year with AP Psych. I have the Barron’s book (very thorough- I highly recommend). I am basically going through and reading and taking notes as a I read. Then, I plan on going back through the book once or twice and rereading while studying my notes. You could also make flashcards, outline, etc. Make sure you take a couple of practice tests and familiarize yourself with questions. The 5 Steps to a 5 “500 Questions to Know” is really good. Do all this and you should be able to get a 4 or a 5 easily.
