AP Psychology 2011

@maddles042 we can’t talk about multiple choice questions like ever… it sucks, sorry :/

Extremely easy 5 for me. Sorry to those who had a bit more difficult of a time with the exam, it happens to everyone. Hopefully you guys will at least get a 3.

I mean im pretty sure i got a 5, but if I did, it would barely be a 5, lol.
FallenAngel9- what grade are you in?

I’m a senior.

lucky, your’e nearly out of this, i’ve got 2 years left.

Oh now that sucks. Rest assured, though, that once those two years are up you will wonder where they went.

yeahh, lets hope… i’m in IB and its pretty intense, so i hope it’ll be over soon

IB is quite intense, but from my friend’s experiences with it a lot of it is really rewarding.

yeah lets hope, i dont wanna do all this for nothing, haha

I feel pretty confident I got a 5. The essays weren’t bad but apparently on frq2 I completely left one of the bullet points off under section A, I reread my essay and had enough time. On frq1 I apparently also messed one other point up. But other than that it seemed easy, of all of the mc questions I was unsure about there’s only 1 so far I know I got wrong. Let’s just say I’m glad I enjoy watching House to learn about certain drugs and opiates. (hopefully that won’t get this taken down)

House is the best…
and yeah i feel the same, the MC at the beginning where easy and at the end it got a little ahrder, but not too bad, i finished with about half an hour to spare, it felt good bro.

i feel all but a few on the MC were very straight forward, as well as the FRQs. i’m pretty confident i’ll get a 5

I was the only one in my whole scool district to take it because they don’t offer it in our district, so everyone was asking me about how it was today. Haha.

I honestly thought the test itself was SO EASY, but I feel like I wasn’t prepared enough for it. For MCT, assuming that I got every question that I was confident in right, I still had 19 questions I was shaky about. And then for FRE, I went in thinking that this wasn’t too bad, and then when I first looked at the question, I was just like, “What the fresh hell is this.” Hahahahaha. I tried my hardest though, I guess, haha.

I’m hoping for a five, but my low self-efficacy is getting to me.

I thought the MC was okay too, but I looked up some stuff after the test, and I had to facepalm myself several times.

The FRQ was okay, but I was also thrown off by the first term for the question. Seriously, looking at it affected my foveal vision. :P

@ sarahchu cant talk too in detail fo the frq just yet^
you need to wait 48 hours after the test to talk about it…lame i know, but College Board will like…track you, ahha

@sarahchu How’d you even summon up the courage to look up words on the test afterwards? I could never!

Questions are up: <a href=“Supporting Students from Day One to Exam Day – AP Central | College Board”>Supporting Students from Day One to Exam Day – AP Central | College Board;

I failed!!! :’( :(

Guess who forgot to read the rules for this year and didn’t realize that they had changed them so that there was no penalty for wrong guesses—>This guy! My first ever AP test, school didn’t even offer it, self-studied and now I leave 4-5 blank when I coulda guessed. Oh well, at least I felt confident about the rest of the MC. FRQs: Some of my definitions were decent but I dunno about the others. I take it they’re pretty strict with the definitions, eh? Hmm… I probably got a one. :frowning: Are we allowed to discuss the curve (ie. How many points generally earns what score?) or is that a no-no?

At this point, you are officially allowed to discuss anything except specific multiple choice questions.

The AP graders look to give you points. If you demonstrate an understanding of what the concept is and can give examples, you will get the point even if the definition isn’t perfect. Furthermore, if you have incorrect material, this will not count against your grade unless it directly contradicts correct material that you have also included. Though you will not get the point if you have not included that correct material, of course.
