AP question again but please help me out!

Okay so here's the deal.

My school wont let me take any classes exempt from AP credit for credit or for letter grade. Unfortunately I didn't look this up before I sent in my AP scores. So basically I'm exempt from lower division Bio 1 and 2 which I heard are the classes that covers most of the stuff on MCAT...and a third of the intro Physics (its separated into three classes). I'm also exempt from 2/3 of my calculus requirement but I hear med schools are most lenient for this, so I'm more worried about the biology and physics.

Physics worries me because of the 1 year physics taken at a college requirement for many med schools( I think?). Biology I'm more worried about the fact that I'll be unprepared for MCAT biology. I'll be able to meet the 1 year requirement at college for biology because I am a biology major.

So basically I don't know what to do. I haven't registered for classes yet, but will be doing soon. I would be willing to take the bio 1 and 2 or the physics class that I got credit for from AP's, but I don't know if I'm even allowed to. My college says those classes may not be taken for credit or letter grade so even if I was allowed to I don't know if med schools would even count it(the physics class especially). So...please help me out?

If it matters I am hoping I am able to put together a good enough application to stay in CA.

take more advanced courses? that seems like your only option if you want your classes to count. take cell bio and genetics and finish your 2 classes of intro physics and take a third class in mechanics or e&m.

Well I know at UCLA that if you take a course that is exempt for AP Credit, you forfeit the units you would get with the credit I think. Ask your school if you can do this. Normally they will let you do so if you forfeit the units you'd get with the AP credit.

well i just found out that they do in fact give you a letter grade and it shows up on your transcript but i get no unit credit for it...then would med schools count it if i took the class?

oh yea and my school wont count it in my school gpa either...
