AP results finally arrived today. DD can't remember what (if anything) advisor said about them. Her scores will alter her fall schedule. Does she need to contact the advisor or what?

She will likely need to deal with it during the drop/add period. I think that period starts like the second week of August but I think with the honors program you have to have permission to change your schedule from your advisor so I would contact that individual as soon as possible. I don't know if that same rule applies for all incoming freshmen.

Just as a warning, during drop add, it's kind of first come, first serve. Things fill up and openings change quickly. During my first year, I had a problem with my schedule(I was signed up for the wrong class) and I contacted my honors advisor before drop/add and she dealt with it for me and I didn't ever have to mess with it. So definitely check with her advisor first because she may not have to mess at all with drop/add.

Definitely tell her to contact her advisor. I am working at Delaworld for the honors program as an orientation assistant, and we tell incoming freshmen to not change their schedules without the help of an advisor.
