<p>So I'm planning to do the IB Diploma starting next year and I was just wondering if any of you guys know the AP or SAT II equivalent to any of these courses (if there is any).

<p>I haven’t done IB yet, but I’d say that IB Math HL is pretty much AP Calc BC; IB Physics HL could probably go with AP Physics C; IB English could probably go with both AP Lang and AP Lit.</p>
<p>Well at my school IB students do AP Calculus BC instead of the first year of HL Math.</p>

<p>Look at the syllabus for each IB course and the syllabus for what you think would be the same for AP, such as IB Math HL 2 and AP Calc BC.</p>
<p>Here’s what I know so far:</p>
<p>IB Math HL 1 = AP Calculus BC/SAT II Math 2
IB Physics HL 1 & 2 = AP Physics 1 & 2/SAT II Physics
IB English HL 2 = AP English Literature & Composition
IB Chinese SL = AP Chinese Language & Culture/SAT II Chinese
IB Chemistry SL = SAT II Chemistry</p>
