AP Scholar Awards

Hi everyone, I have a quick question. In order to qualify for any of the awards, do the exams have to be taken before Junior year? Or can they be taken in Senior year?

They can be taken in senior year.

Senior year does count but there is little point, because:
1] Colleges only see your status as of Junior year
2] You would have already graduated from high school
3] There is no official award

Ok, that is what I was worried about. You’re right, I don’t see the point of taking it senior year

Don’t forget that they can be used for College Credits. That was the original reason why they were created. :)

Have the award notifications been mailed out yet? I haven’t received mine. (My test scores: 7 fives, 2 fours. It works…right?) Is there any way you can look it up online?

^No. For some reason, CollegeBoard hates doing anything related to AP scores online.
