AP Calculus: (canceled after taking test due to school requiring we take AP tests if we take the class)

I was awarded the AP Scholar Award in 2013, but should have earned the AP Scholar with Honors, AP Scholar with Distinction, the National AP Scholar Awards, and the AP International Diploma. However, none of these are noted on my score sheet like was the AP Scholar Award. Even counting the canceled score as a 0, my scores are still above the threshold of a 3.5 average. Are the awards not noted until they are mailed out or by some various date? Does anyone have notes about awards on their AP score pages? </p>
