<p>I've taken 6 AP tests. I meet the qualifications as an AP Scholar with Distinction, but I haven't received any official notification. Will I receive an official notification or do I simply declare myself an AP Scholar with Distinction based on the criteria found on College Board website? Thanks.</p>
<p>you will get notification of your award in September with a certificate in the mail. You can still declare it till then, but it becomes official in September. I remember getting mine around the first week.</p>
