Helloooo!
So I was looking at the college board website at the AP scholar info...
I had some questions about it.
By the end of junior year, I will have taken 7 APs, and I'm aiming for a 4/5 in all of the ones I've yet to take the exam for (crossin' my fingers and whatnot)
I want to get National AP Scholar...is the 8 exams that you have to have taken by the end of JUNIOR or SENIOR year? I heard that some people get the award in junior year. Is this true?
If I took 3 or 4 senior year would I still get National AP scholar?
I'm actually in the process of choosing my APs for my junior year, and I think I'm going to take 4...I could POTENTIALLY take 5 if I chose to take AP US History, but AP World History was a terrible experience for me so I was planning on not doing it.
Thoughts? Answers?
:)

Yes, you still get the award if you take the exams by the end of senior year. The only reason people try to do it by junior year is so that they can put it on their applications.
