<p>I took four AP tests last year and I am taking antoher four this year.
However, I took Calc AB last year and got a 5 so I am taking Calc BC this year. Will these each count as one AP test or will I have to take 5 AP tests this year. THe Collegeboard websites talks about the subscore, so I think I should be good, but I just want to make sure.</p>

<p>You’re good - calc AB and BC are separate tests, and they both count towards the requirements. The confusion exists because on the AP score report the AB subscore for calculus BC is listed as a separate line item, causing many people to think that they count as separate tests.</p>
