This afternoon I got my AP Scholar with Honor award in the mail.

Which is all well and good, but I've taken six AP tests with 5s on all of them, which means I'm definitely an AP Scholar with Distinction.

The tests I took last year (spring 2012) qualified me for both, so if you jumped from "no awards" to "distinction," will College Board mail out both the Honor and Distinction award? Do they mail out the Honor Award before the Distinction Award? Should I be worried?

Just to clarify, does the score report you got in the mail this year contain all of your six scores?

Good point, harmelion, for something to check. If I remember correctly, my daughter had two separate AP files because she included a middle initial on one but not the other or some such thing. Check to make sure that you only have one file.

No, it doesn’t. Okay, so I have one AP file for my 9th/10th grade scores, and another with my 11th grade scores . . . is there any way I can combine the two?

^ Yes, call College Board, and ask to combine two into one account for you.

yes that happened to my son. He did not get credit for the correct award until we called and they combined the 2 sets of scores into one account.
