AP Science classes

I'm new to this so forgive me for being a noob.
I'm entering sophomore year of high school and am thinking about my schedule for next year.
These are the classes I have taken so far:
Freshmen year:
Bio A
English 9 A
Spanish 1 A
Algebra II Honors A
Gov. And health A
Gym A
This year:
Chem I
Precalc Honors
English 10
Engineering
Spanish II
Us history

Junior year plan( maybe):
Physics( or ap physics b if you think I can skip/ self teach P 1, keep in mind I'm more than above average in math, also p1 is a blow off)
GBBE( need to take it to take ap bio)
English 11
Econ
Calc ab( should be a blow off 30 min of work a day or less)
Ap chem( unless you think I should take ap physics)

Senior year plan:
Ap stay( not as big a blow off as calc ab)
Ap physics b( or ap chem if I take physics junior year)
English 12
Ap bio
World history
Vlow off art class or something

First off, thanks for reading all this. The question at hand is when I should take ap physics b and when I should take ap chem. Keep in mind that ap chem and ap bio are the hardest at my school. If I take ap chem junior year I would take physics and gbbe with it(consider physics 1 a blow off like art). The two science classes I won't move around are ap bio and gbbe(unless I dont take ap bio at all. Again thanks for your help. I would like to go into medicine btw.
GBBE( hard

Ignore gbbe (hard at the end
