AP Score Cancellation Form 2012

<p>Hi, I'm trying to cancel my Psychology AP exam score, but I don't know what to put for the blank next to Form on the AP Score cancellation form? I took the exam at a regularly scheduled time, and I remember that last year's form number was 4HBP, but i don't know if that applies again for this year.</p>

<p>I think you just check the line of the exam that you want cancelled. That’s it.</p>

<p>Hey, I’m doing the same thing with one of my AP’s did leaving that line blank work out for you?</p>
