I got a B+ in Chemistry and a 5 on the AP Chemistry exam. Would colleges assume that I didn’t work hard or that my school is extremely rigorous? The latter is true, btw. I’m worried b/c a lot of people I know go to schools where only slackers get Bs, but I studied SO MUCH for the class (and still got 80s).
A B+ is a fine grade, and, of course, a 5 is an excellent score. In this case, colleges will spend zero time looking for a correlation between the 2. If your school is truly that rigorous, it will show in the school profile that the GC sends to the college.
