I posted this on the AP Test Prep section but I thought I may get a better response from you helpful parents afterwards so please help!

So when I took my AP US History exam, I chose to have it sent to Pepperdine (my number 1 choice of college) figuring that I would probably do well on it. However, I completely forgot that by filling Pepperdine in that my AP Bio score would be sent as well. Problem= I know I failed my AP Bio Exam like I got a 1 because I didn't know any of it when I took it (long story crappy teacher blah blah) And I had to cancel the score before June 15 - too late!

AM I DOOMED??

Ughh I can't believe I even chose to send my scores I'm so mad!

Note: I got all 90s in my report grades for AP Bio but my teacher really did suck! We only covered evolution! I know I should've self studied more but so much was going on and it's too late to change now anyway.

They don't care about AP scores. AP scores are only used for class placement- if you scored high enough on a certain subject, you can forego a few intro courses.

Ticklemepnk is correct. You still have time ( I believe) to cancel the scores to Pepperdine. Both of our children were accepted there for the coming year and did not have stellar AP scores-as I remember, AP scores were not requested on the Pepperdine application. Pepperdine wants great overall scores and a thoughtful approach to their own applicaton. Go to the CC Pepperdine section and consider scending a PM to JC-her daugnter is there now and she is a wonderful source of information for any potential Pepperdine student. Good luck to you and do not panic!

AP scores are not a required part of the application, so they are not going to count against you. The score report might get tucked in your file, but it's not going to be a factor in your admissions. Relax.

You can pay $8 to get them over the phone now. We did it because D's college orientation is this week, and she will be talking with advisers about her class schedule for the fall.
