AP Score Report sent home

I requested an AP Score Report to be sent to a university about a week ago - I just got an envelope in the mail from college board with my scores in it.. is that supposed to happen? Do they usually send a copy to both the university and the student?

I believe they do send a copy to you. Note, if it was for the purpose of admission, there was no reason to send an offical AP score report to the college. Colleges do not require AP scores (with a few, you can submit AP scores in lieu of SAT and SAT IIs) and generally do not want official AP scores for admission – if you want them to know of the scores colleges recommend that you just self-report them in an app or an essay

Yea man, AP scores are sent when you’re accepted into the school and want some college credit or you’re testing out of stuff.
