AP score = required math course?

The UC application is asking me

"Prior to transfer, will you complete one transferable college courses in Mathematical Concepts and Qualitative Reasoning?"

I have a score of 5 on the AP Calculus (AB) exam. Does this count as a transferable college course? Do I choose "Already completed with a grade of C or better"?

I was under the impression that the AP Calc test would fill in the UC math requirement. Am I right... because if not, I am screwed.

pls answer this question i need the advices too

Yeah, I think it should count. I looked it up on [Welcome to the Transfer Counselor Website, built for California’s college transfer counselors by California’s college transfer counselors](http://www.cacctcw.com), and it seems like it will.
I’m in the same boat as you…counting on my AP Calc and AP Lang/Lit scores to satisfy math and english…

I wanted to bump this because I have the same exact question. I also received a 5 on my AP calculus exam so it should count for UC transferrable math.

Do I put down “Already completed with a grade of C or better” or “None planned/not completed” and just make note of the AP score and transferred credit to my CC in the additional comments section?
