AP Score Requirements For Ivies

Hi, I'm from Hong Kong so I'm an international student. I would like to know the minimum AP score for Harvard and other top ivies and I would also like to know if there's any structure or recommended structure that I'll have to follow e.g.

3 Science Subjects
1 English
1 Foreign Language

kind of that stuff. I am actually only 15 years old and I'm wondering will my acceptance rate be dramatically lowered if I haven't finished my high school curriculum and took the AP and the SAT. Will the Ivies accept me if I submitted my AP and SAT scores, but without completing my high school curriculum?

Thank you for your wise opinions!

While there is no official minimum AP score, you want to aim for all 5’s. As an international applicant, they understand that you would be unable to take the regular high school curriculum - call them to confirm any doubts you may have, but you may have to call at odd times because of time change. However, I am a little unclear about what you asked. Do you mean you are going to apply before you graduate? Regarding tests, I would recommend you look at their website…for example, this is from Harvard: (all other schools should have something similar)

[Harvard College Admissions § Applying: International Testing Requirements](http://www.admissions.college.harvard.edu/apply/international/tests.html)

Are there secondary school course requirements for admission?
There is no single academic path we expect all students to follow, but the strongest applicants take the most rigorous secondary school curriculum available to them.

Must a student have certain grades or marks to be considered for admission?
The Admissions Committee recognizes that schools vary by size, academic program and grading policies, so we do not have rigid grade requirements. We do seek students who achieve at a high level, and most admitted students rank in the top 10-15 percent of their graduating classes.

Does Harvard rank secondary schools in the U.S. and abroad?
No. While we understand there are differences in the overall strengths of secondary schools, we are most interested in how well applicants have taken advantage of available resources.

Good Luck :)
