<p>heres my conclusion they are putting it up, they got the first part up and then made sure it worked, now they are putting up teh database and took the first part down temporarly in a while they will put both online!</p>

<p>I just called, and I spoke with an operator who said that some scores are up while some aren't. They could be gradually making scores available... This should be taken with a grain of salt, however, because the College Board operators are often very clueless about the College Board and its tests.</p>
