Hi. It's July 4th so College Bd. line is closed. Question: Does anyone know for sure (preferably from experience) if for $8.00 per call, do I get ALL 6 of my test scores, or do I have to pay $8 for each separate one?

Also, if one or more scores aren't available yet, will I have to pay ANOTHER $8 when I call back? (Or will the college board do the honorable thing and give me my scores since I already paid the $8 once?)

Thanks.

It’s $8 per call for ALL scores. Personally, I still don’t think it’s worth paying an additional amount when you’ll get your scores in another week or two anyways. Collegeboard is far too money-grubbing as it is.

All six, and yes, you’ll have to pay again.

Collegeboard being “honorable,” lol. They don’t refund your money if your score changes from a rescore, either.

Ok - thanks! And I agree - it’s totally ridiculous the fees they charge for everything. I was thinking about why they get away with it, and I guess it’s at least in part because they keep getting new people going through the system, that no one group sticks around long enough to truly “investigate” just where all that money goes to or ever really tries to do anything about. I suppose the best way to “protest” is just to not pay something like $8 for a score!

I called for my scores, and the recording told me that some of my scores were not available before I paid (didn’t tell me how many, though–turned out to be just one). It made it clear you’d have to pay again if you called twice. So if you’re only waiting because you think some of your scores won’t be available, you should call to find out. It might surprise you; I took one of my tests late and it was still available July 1st with the rest of them. (The one that wasn’t available was a language test that I had to partially retake due to technical issues the day of the test, so that probably made the scoring weird.)

Edit: Are you sure they’re closed? The system’s entirely automatic and it’s supposed to be 24/7.

All my scores were available. You only have to pay $8 to hear ALL your scores. I didn’t have a problem with scores being not available though.

Thank you very much everyone! Your information was very helpful! :-)
