<p>Is it something advisable to send (from collegeboard at $15 each) AP scores when applying to colleges. I got three 5's if that matters.</p>
<p>Yeah it might help, are you looking for credit? Some colleges automatically give you credit for 5s, even if you don't want the credit. So.. depends on the college, if you don't want the credit, some kids don't send their 5s. I think it might help in admissions, though that also depends on the college. Some colleges don't use AP scores at all when evaluating you, but rather look at the AP courses you took. And some actually use the scores when deciding to admit an applicant.</p>
<p>I would advise against it, especially for elite schools, they truly don't care until they recieve your application, and you can write your scores down there. It's a waste of money and it will probably be ignored.</p>
