ThisCouldBeHeavn, did you fill out “UCLA” on your college of choice when you took your first AP exam this year?

How did UCLA get your sophmore AP grades in the first place? Did you specifically ask Collegeboard to send in your grades before this year or something?

I put UCLA in 10th, Caltech in 11th, and UCLA in 12th.

A lot of people still haven’t had them put up. I bet they have a lot of paper forms to go through.

Does UCLA really get AP scores only on paper? They are listed to receive SAT scores electronically, and I think any high school that wants it can have AP grade rosters on CD. So why not UCLA?

I just assumed that since AP grades are only available to students on paper…

I mean SAT’s are available to students electronically, but AP scores aren’t. Also, some schools seem to only get SAT’s on paper (Berkeley I think) so others might only get AP’s on paper. Idk.

AP scores are definitely sent to colleges electronically…

Interesting. Not a big deal though since the scores will arrive at home before orientation.

I still have yet to get mine on myucla.

Anybody else in the same boat?

Mine aren’t there yet either… and i have to have them there by the 15th so i don’t have to go back up to ucla for a writing placement test, cuz i already passed an AP english test, ughh

Not up here yet and orientation is Monday, maybe they’ll go up today. Called and got scores though.

^^^ did you call and pay through collegeboard?

If you call Admissions, someone might be nice enough to leak them to you. ;)

Maybe mine aren’t up because they don’t have all my transcripts. shrug

^ My scores were posted several days before they received my transcripts.

heres a guess

maybe everyone whos scores are showing up indicated their SSN when they took the AP tests. ucla would probably be able to match the score with our account more efficiently.

did you guys give your SSN or leave it blank?

I did not provide an SSN and did not get scores. I am always reluctant to include it anywhere except for where it is required.

I didn’t provide it, only because I remembered that I didn’t provide it junior year. I don’t have my scores on MyUCLA yet. Oh well, guess I’ll have to drop the $8 and call before going to orientation.

Didn’t include mine either, because I didn’t know it by heart in 10th grade. Or at least not well enough to risk getting it wrong.

i put my ssn all 3 years, so that’s pretty lame, and last year my Calc score didn’t get reported until sep 3rd. i guess i’m just unlucky that way.

I didn’t report my SSN. Good point, that’s probably why ours are pretty slow. Sorry about your bad luck, sapphire_ocean.
