Do we put them on the application or just write that she is an AP scholar with distinction and send scores if she gets accepted? If I don’t put AP world they will figure out she didn’t pass…
4 AP human 9th
2 AP world 10th
4 AP comp sci 10th
5 AP psych 11th
5 AP enviro 11th
5 AP Lang 11th
3 AP is history 11th
Put the ones you like on the application. They can’t consider parts of an application you didn’t send (i.e. the WHAP score). Also include the AP award.
Save the space if you can - since we don’t use AP score results we aren’t going to consider. Just saying AP Scholar is fine.
Disclaimer: I’m an incoming First-Year at Brown University who declined his admission to UF, but my advice should still apply.
I would recommend that you list that you’re an AP scholar and list all of your 4s and 5s on your application. Personally, I didn’t list a 3 I got for one test because I had received an A in the class, and colleges didn’t really care why I didn’t list ONE out of ALL of the tests I had taken. After academics (which test scores confirm that you can handle the coursework,) UF (and other similar colleges,) really look to your essays, extracurricular activities etc. to get a feel for how you would fit into their freshmen class, and to your essays (and how you’ve taken advantage of your school resources,) to figure out how you would take advantage of UF’s resources. So make every word in your essays count!
Hope this helps! Good luck with admissions!
