<p>No, actually not. I didn't study for the AP bio test specificly at all, and got a 5. But I took the class.</p>

<p>polar- AP's are like extra credit. youll get a boost by being an AP scholar, but poor scores wont hurt you because theyre optional to report.</p>

<p>do colleges even care about ap awards? i think they're just ways for CB to make people take a bizillion tests so they can make money.</p>

<p>Ya 1400 and 720 are definitely average scores. They might even be below average. I would kill myself if I were you.</p>
<p>it depends what schools you're looking at. but even though, a 1400 could be a 700/700, which is decent at many top schools as well.</p>
