I wanna use my AP Calc test score (3) to satisfy quantitive reasoning requirement for the UCs. However, I have other AP scores that are... well let's just say, unsatisfactory scores.

So my question is, will my other scores hurt my chances? Because I really don't want to have to pay some $25 to cancel the other ones.

no, AP scores never hurt anyone's chances.

Well actually its free to cancel scores, so I guess I'll cancel the others I don't want.

Anyway, how does this work? Do I have my scores sent to the schools I'm applying to this Fall (like UCLA, for instance)? And when do they want/need the scores?

Somewhere on the application, it says like "Ap scores" and you just put what u got, and before you go to school, after you received your admissions, you send them in to the school that you are going to enroll in.

we can still cancel our scores? even if its been a year or two since weve taken them??

lol you bump my post!

I don't know really, calling collegeboard right now.

hehe yah~ so what happen pell??

You can cancel your scores. Call the AP Services for more details.

I will say though that since it doesn't hurt your chances, just keep them. Also, if its on your HS transcript and you cancel your scores, it might hurt you. Overall I'd suggest for you to just keep it.

ok gotcha! thanks pell
