I have applied colleges and have a question on sending my AP Scores.

AP test
US: 5
Lang: 5
Biology: 5
Calculus BC: 5
Calculus AB Sub: 5
Statistics: 4
Spanish: 3

I'm also taking AP Euro history, Multivariable Calculus, AP Chem and many other honors level courses.

I reported the AP scores in the commonapp except Spanish because of space limit. Is it good to send my AP scores to colleges or wait till I get selected? Does my AP Spanish lower my admission chances?

Thanks in advance.

Typically, the colleges don’t want official copies of your AP scores at application time and will accept the self-reporting. They only want to see the official scores when you choose your college. Of course, if your official numbers don’t match what you reported, the college will be understandably cranky.

My GUESS is that the Spanish wouldn’t hurt but only help. Many colleges offer credit for 3s.

I don’t think Spanish will hurt either. Colleges know that languages especially aren’t well taught in the US and you are likely to be competing with native speakers. You don’t send official scores until you know where you are attending. It’s quite possible your teacher or GC may also mention the scores.
