I definitely remember putting down UCSB when I was registering for my AP test. It's getting close to July 15th, should I send in another report to be safe?

Any one else not updated yet?

Mine aren’t posted up either. I’m getting a little nervous too. I know for sure I put down UCSB. I’m leaving for Orientation on Wednesday, so if it doesn’t update by tomorrow I’m just going to re-send them or call UCSB and ask if they received it yet.

Mine aren’t posted either. Sigh. I think I’ll call later today and ask if they’ve received them… BTW, I didn’t put my SSN# and my last name is at the end of the alphabet. Is it the same for you guys? I really don’t want to have to pay to send it, since I paid to send my test scores from previous years earlier thinking this year would be sent automatically, and I also paid to hear my test scores early. UGH! such a waste of money.

I am in the same boat. The website hasn’t updated that they received my AP scores but I just got my scores in the mail today from Collegeboard and it showed that I did indeed put UCSB as the school to receive my scores and the college code for it.

So I gave the admissions office a call and the lady I spoke to informed me that it usually takes a week from now from when you received your scores for the database and website to be updated to show your scores. She also stated that sometimes it is done electronically or that it needs to be manually inputted by hand into the computer and that there are many scores to go through. Basically if it’s not updated yet then keep checking.

If its past a week and your scores still aren’t updated then contact the UCSB offices again.

EDIT: Oh and I didn’t put my SSN# either and I am also at the end of the alphabet. Maybe that has something to do with it? I have no clue.

I got my scores in the mail, I guess I’ll just wait and see if they’ll update it online.

Ya I also received my scores today and my college recipient says UCSB. But my scores have not been updated yet on the admissions site. Im freaking out.

I haven’t got my scores updated yet on site, either. And I’m kinda nervous about it, coz i’m doing the fssp. And the fssp already asked me for my scores. =(

ryan, if you received your scores through the mail try to see if you can give it to them at the office.

Hey muserz- Have your Ap scores and Final Transcript been receieved by UCSB yet?

transan3, my AP scores have but not my transcript.

Clee- Are your AP scores and Final Transcript on the UCSB site yet?

thanks, muserz, but the ap scores are being sent to my old address, and i haven’t be back there. i haven’t seen them yet. that’s why i’m kinda worried. =(

they received my final transcript and ap scores. i sent my ap scores on the 6th and receive it yesterday the 10th. so about 4 days.

Wow. My final transcript is in, but my AP grades still haven’t been updated. Anyone else?

Try calling the AP number and hitting 0 to talk the operator. She was able to check and confirm that my scores were sent to UCSB.

Well that’s not cool. It’s now July 16th and past the deadline and my scores aren’t updated yet, although on my mailed-in score report it clearly lists “UCSB” and a “Rosa Zuniga” as a recipient. I’m going to have to call them up since they haven’t answered my email in days.

Call them, its much faster and they are very nice.

Just called them. She updated it right there. Also mentioned that the July 15th deadline isn’t exactly the “hard deadline” and there’s a grace period afterwards. Not all the grades have been entered in as well, evidently.
