AP Scores

I recently got my AP scores and well...yeah

AP Calc AB - 5
AP US History - 5
AP Bio - 4
AP English Lang and Comp - 3...
qualifies for AP Scholar with Distinction...lol

So I plan on applying to schools such as UPenn, Brown PLME, UCLA, Cal, and UNC(in-state)

Will these AP scores hurt my chances of admission? I plan on majoring in either Bio or Business. My AP English score shocked me because I was expecting atleast a 4. And in general, how much weight do AP scores have on one's college application? If it helps I'm taking these AP exams next year: Calc BC, Physics-Mech, Physics-E&M, English Lit and Comp, MacroEcon, GovPol, and MicroEcon(possibly self study).

No they won’t hurt you, esp since colleges really don’t look at AP scores that much. Also WOAH! Slow down there. You did good with those APs don’t push it by taking on to many. Get rid of that self study AP unless you are more than 100% sure you can handle all of that.

Haha, I think I can handle it. I’m only going to self study if I find MicroEcon interesting/easy enough

It’s 5 AP courses, 1 w/ 2 exams(AP Physics C)
