AP Scores

I was recently offered admission by McGill after being on the waitlist for about a month and a half. Now, they want my AP exam scores when they are available. However, I do not feel I did well on the exams. Can McGill rescind their offer if I don't get 4's or 5's?

What do you think you’ll get?

McGill won’t rescind the offer, you just won’t get credit. You are, however, obligated to send the scores. They consider not sending all AP results academic dishonesty.

Has anyone successfully used AP scores to completely skip first year?

I know quite a few people who’ve started as a U1 directly without needing to take any first year courses.
Here’s a little more detail:
If you’re in science, your basic U0 requirements are basically Calc 1 & 2, Chemistry, Physics, Biology.
Say you you took AP Calculus BC, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics and AP Stats, then you’ll have finished all of your U0 requirements.
I started at McGill with 24 AP credits for AP Calculus BC (which also counted for AB), AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and AP Statistics. Although I had to complete PHYS 101/102, it was my only U0 requirement and I started directly as a U1 student.

Good luck. You should be fine.

Checked them today! I guess I was worried for nothing. Thanks to everyone who replied!
