I am applying for UCLA and UC Berkeley. I have a very strong transcript (never gotten below an A and got a 34 on my ACT), but my AP scores are not as strong. I have gotten four fours and a three. Do I have to submit them on the UC app? I’d prefer not too. Thanks!
4 4’s and a 3 is are very good. The only reason I could see not reporting AP scores is if you got many 1’s and 2’s.
Reporting them will help you get college credit and will not detract from your application. They play little role in the admissions process and are mainly used for placement purposes.
